My Story -

I’ve always been passionate about helping people, and my journey in healthcare has been truly rewarding. Starting as a Personal Support Worker in my early 20s, I gained a deep understanding of the diverse needs of individuals. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting athletes with athletic therapy, assisting the elderly and disabled with physical therapy, and providing in-home care. Each experience has shaped my view of healthcare, teaching me the power of personalized care.

What I’ve learned is that everyone has goals, whether it's regaining independence, managing stress, or returning to a sport they love. As an acupuncturist, I’ve spent the last few years focusing in nervous system support, helping patients address chronic stress and tension. Working with such a wide range of people in various clinic settings has been a true gift.

I’m deeply committed to helping my patients feel their best, calm their nervous systems, and achieve their health and wellness goals. Every step of this journey reminds me why I do what I do—seeing people thrive and feel better is what motivates me every day. I feel so fortunate to be able to practice Acupuncture in Peterborough and support the community that I grew up in.
