My Story -

I have always had a passion for helping people. Over the years this has looked differently for me. From working in customer service in my teens, to working as a Personal Support Worker in my early 20's. I've worked in many healthcare settings supporting athletes through athletic therapy, assisting disabled and elderly individuals with physical therapy and supporting them at home. This has given me a unique perspective on healthcare and has taught me a lot along the way about the needs and abilities of different populations. I have found that most people are goal oriented in some way, whether that is to be more independent in their day-to-day lives or to get back to their sport. Through my last few years practicing as an acupuncturist I have learned so much working in different types of clinics and seeing a variety of patients. I enjoy working with a wide range of patients helping them feel their best and achieve their goals.
