I’ve always been passionate about helping people, and my journey in healthcare has been truly rewarding. Starting as a Personal Support Worker in my early 20s, I gained a deep understanding of the diverse needs of individuals. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting athletes with athletic therapy, assisting the elderly and disabled with physical therapy, and providing in-home care. Each experience has shaped my view of healthcare, teaching me the power of personalized care.

What’s always stood out to me is that no two people are the same. For some, feeling better means getting back to the gym or sport they love. For others, it’s having more energy, less pain, sleeping better, or finally feeling calmer in their body again.

Over the last few years, my focus has become nervous system support through acupuncture. I’m especially passionate about helping people who feel stuck in stress, tension, burnout, pain, or chronic symptoms that leave them feeling disconnected from themselves. My approach is individualized, collaborative, and rooted in treating the whole person.

I feel incredibly grateful to be practicing acupuncture in Peterborough and to support the community I grew up in. Seeing patients feel more resilient, more grounded, and more at home in their bodies is still the best part of what I do.
